I use Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) for rapid relief of various issues with clients. ART has been found to help relieve emotional and physical symptoms associated with many issues including (but not limited to):

I do not take insurance, but am able to provide a superbill to clients for submission as out-of-network service. My hourly rate is $160/hour with most sessions being 60 to 90 minutes - it is the best investment you will ever make in your mental health!
I also provide psychedelic assisted (KAP) integration through Journey Clinical

​Alyson counsels individuals over 12 years old, military/veterans, and couples. She is Master Certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and her other training includes: Gottman level 1 for marriage counseling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), SYMBIS premarital preparation, Telehealth Certification. She uses a holistic approach to meet the needs of her clients. This includes incorporation of Christian faith, mindfulness, physical wellness and proven therapies. Accelerated Resolution Therapy is one of the modalities used to treat: trauma, panic disorders, phobias, depression, anxiety, social anxiety, performance enhancement, eating disorders, OCD, relational 'blocks' and physical dysfunction/pain and more! I am a trainer for "SAF-T" technique, which uses bilateral eye movements for calming body sensations, triggers and emotions. Alyson is telehealth certified for online appointments for those in Texas.
