Why Counseling?

Many people often wonder whether counseling will benefit them.  Life Renewal Counseling believes that no one is meant to walk through life alone.  Counseling is simply an opportunity to set aside time for personal reflection, to have a listening ear, and a professional who can guide you toward positive life-style change.

Counseling can help you look at difficult situations with more clarity.  The 50 minutes spent in a counseling session often allow you to clarify your own thoughts and feelings, deal with anxiety about the future, as well as process hurt and pain from your past.

You counselor is your guide and your consultant who is there to support and encourage you as you mobilize your resources and strengths to accomplish emotional and mental health goals.

Our Mission

Our mission is to see lives renewed, rebuilt, and restored through quality, faith-based, client-centered counseling.
